It’s 6am. It’s dark. It’s cold. Everyone else is asleep.  Sophie can’t run any more,  so I’ll be heading out alone. The “plan” says 10 miles. I have a bit of a sore throat. The marathon’s not til May, although I do have a 10 miler in January. Remind me why I’m doing this!
